Main Street-Science World station will be closed from May 25 to June 12, 2026
Any bikes left behind will be delivered to TransLink’s Lost Property Office at Stadium-Chinatown SkyTrain Station. Contact the Lost Property Office at 604.953.3334, or visit Lost and Found for more information on retrieving lost property.
Any unclaimed items will be donated or auctioned after 30 days.
Customers requiring daily bike parking can use alternate Bike Parkades at other stations, please see map and table above. TransLink has bike lockers that can be rented on a monthly basis at most stations and some bus exchanges.
Bike racks are also available outside all SkyTrain stations, all West Coast Express stations, and at most bus exchanges.
Bike Parkades are meant for day-use only, not long-term storage. We ask Bike Parkade users to consider fellow cyclists who need day-use of Bike Parkades to seamlessly transfer between cycling and transit.
We regularly remove forgotten and abandoned bikes from Bike Parkades to maintain accessible and easy-to-use facilities for active cyclists.
To alert bike owners of any pending removal, TransLink staff will attach a removal notification tag on bikes and other items two weeks before they are removed and donated.
A bike owner who discovers a removal notification tag on their bike, and who wishes to continue using the Bike Parkades for permitted day-use only, may dispose of the removal notification tag and continue using the Bike Parkades on a daily basis provided that the bike is removed from the applicable Bike Parkade at the end of each day.
Removed bikes will be donated unless reported as stolen, in which case the Transit Police will contact the owner to arrange a pick-up.
