Request for Access to Records
You can request access to records by completing the web form below, or by submitting your completed FOI Request Form to:
-
Email: foi@translink.ca (preferred method)
-
Mail: Information Access Department, TransLink, Suite 400-287 Nelson's Court, New Westminster, BC V3L 0E7
Describe the records you are requesting as accurately as possible and limit your request to only the records you need. Requesting for “any and all” records can result in a high volume of unnecessary records and may result in processing fees.
Responses to requests will be supplied within 30 working days after the request is received, subject to any extensions permitted under the Act.
