IT SYSTEMS AND ONLINE SERVICES

Customers may notice some online services are unavailable while we continue to bring our systems back online following a ransomware attack. Please find our CEO's statement on this incident.

Transit Service Changes

We make service changes every April, June, September, and January to reflect seasonal changes in demand and deliver more service to help customers get around the region.

On January 4, 2021, we’re reallocating service to the bus routes that need it the most. Highlights of the Winter Service Change include:

  • Adding service to 27 routes, including 17 routes in Surrey and North Delta and 3 university routes, to give you more space and reliable commutes.

  • Adjusting the schedule on 9 routes to balance changes in ridership demand. Customers can expect service every 15 minutes or better on these routes during rush hours.

Customers may notice some trip planning services are unavailable while we continue to bring our systems back online following a cybersecurity incident in December. This includes real-time Next Bus, TransLink Trip Planner, and TransLink Alert updates. We encourage customers to call Customer Information at 604.953.3333 to help plan their trip.
