Website Accessibility

Our website conforms to the Web Accessibility Initiative's Priority Level AA.

Our Commitment

Our commitment to providing an inclusive and safe transit system also means offering you an accessible web experience.

This website conforms to the Web Accessibility Initiative's Priority Level AA. This means that everyone — even those using text-only browsers or other assistive technology — will be able to read the content on the page, including text descriptions for images.

Website Accessibility Exceptions

There are some elements of our website that those who are blind or partially sighted, or deaf or hard of hearing might find difficult to navigate. Below, we've outlined these exceptions and what alternatives exist.

Embedded Videos

For certain audiences, the visual and audio components of our embedded videos won’t be accessible. Keeping this in mind, we’ve ensured that any essential information shown in a video is also available in a text format.

Trip Planner

The Trip Planner tool on our website is not currently fully accessible for screen readers. For customers using screen reading applications, Google Transit turn-by-turn directions are an accessible option for trip planning.

External Links

In a few places throughout the website, we link to third-party websites for more information. Please note that since these websites are not under TransLink's control, we have no ability to ensure a level of accessibility that is equal to our own standards.

Help Us Improve

We have a strong commitment to maintaining and improving the accessibility of our website, and welcome your comments and suggestions.
