Lost and Found

Leave something behind on a recent trip? Fill out the lost property form to report what was lost and we'll see if someone has turned it in.

If you find a lost item on transit, such as a Compass card, wallet, backpack, etc., please submit the item at the donation kiosk, lost property office, or via mail. Note that transit employees will not accept items that were not found on transit.

If you find a Compass card, you can deposit the card into the Compass Card Donation Kiosk located at YVR–Airport Station.

How to Access the Lost Property Office
Customers can tap their Compass or other payment card to access the Lost Property Office, which is behind the faregates at Stadium-Chinatown. No fare will be charged provided a tap-out occurs within 20 minutes of tap-in. For customers without a Compass Card or Ticket or other payment card, please use the telephone at the faregates to call an attendant who can let you in.
*Bike pick-up will not be permitted unless previously arranged.
