Community Sponsorships and Partnerships

TransLink is committed to supporting and investing in community programs that contribute to the social and environmental well-being of our region.

Whether it's partnering with us to promote transit to a special event, celebrate a community initiative, or provide our customers with convenient amenities along their journey — we are always open to the possibility of partnerships.

We consider community sponsorships and partnerships on a case-by-case basis. For consideration, please complete and submit the form below.

We thank everyone for their interest, however only successful applicants will be contacted. We require a minimum of one month’s notice to evaluate any requests.

For more information on Charitable Donations, such as Compass products, retired fleet, or equipment requests, please see below.

For all other inquiries, please refer to the Doing Business with TransLink page.

Charitable Donations

Our Charitable Donations Policy focuses on supporting safe, healthy, and complete communities.

Access to transit is often a barrier for some members of the community. We will invest in initiatives that help overcome barriers to transportation, which in turn, enable access to community programs and services.

Our charitable donation program includes:

  • Compass products (maximum $2,500 at TransLink's discretion)

  • Retired fleet vehicles

  • Retired office equipment

Our program excludes:

  • Cash donations

  • In-kind advertising (e.g., ad cards, bus and train wraps, and digital media)

  • Event sponsorship

Eligibility

Entities eligible for support under our charitable donation program include registered not-for-profit organizations, charitable organizations, and government agencies operating in Metro Vancouver.
