The application process in 6 steps

Step 1 - Apply

  • Create a profile and submit your application.

  • After applying, you will receive an automated confirmation email. If you do not receive one, please check your spam or junk folders.

  • Due to the high volume of applications, we may not be able to respond to every applicant. Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will contact those who appear to be a strong match for the position. The response time may vary depending on the position. We will contact you directly if you are short-listed.

Step 2 - Testing

  • Certain positions require pre-employment testing to confirm minimum qualifications.

Step 3 - Interview process

  • Phone or Email: If your application passes the initial screening, you will be contacted by a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a brief conversation.

  • First Round Interview: This interview is conducted with a Talent Acquisition Specialist, the hiring manager, and/or another panel member. It could take place over the phone, via video call, or in person.

  • Subsequent Interviews: Depending on the role, there could be multiple rounds of interviews. These could include technical assessments, case studies, or behavioral interviews. You may also meet other team members or senior leadership.

  • Panel Interview: In some cases, you might be interviewed by several people at once, which allows the team to identify the prospective employee collectively.

Step 4 - Driver’s Licence and Trades Ticket

  • Certain positions require a copy of your Driver’s license, driving record and relevant trades tickets. If you are a successful applicant for these roles, we will ask for a copy of your Driver’s License and driving record and all relevant trades tickets as specified in the job posting.

Step 5 - Pre-Employment Checks

  • We will request for employment references from your direct supervisors or managers from the past 5 years of your employment.

  • Certain positions require candidates may undergo a pre-placement medical examination to ensure they are fit to perform in a safety sensitive or safety critical position.

  • Depending on the role, we may also need to conduct any criminal and/or credit check.

Step 6 - Offer of Employment

  • An offer of employment will be extended to you once you successfully complete all stages of the recruitment process.
