Expo Line shuttle train in effect between Burrard to Stadium Station due to track issue at Waterfront Station. No service between Burrard & Waterfront Station. Customers must transfer trains at Stadium Station to continue.

Trains will operate from Burrard to Stadium Stations. Then from Stadium to Production Way/King George Stations. Please allow extra travel time.

Canada Line and Millennium Lines are unaffected.

- Eastbound: Stop 50976 on Georgia at Granville.
- No westbound stop

StadiumChinatown Station:
- Eastbound/Westbound: Stop in front of Station on Beatty St at Dunsmuir.

If you don’t have a Compass Card/Ticket, visit the Compass Customer Service Centre for assistance, located at the Beatty Street entrance at Stadium–Chinatown SkyTrain Station.

If you find a Compass card on transit, you're welcome to submit the card through one of the options below. Note that transit employees will not accept items that were not found on transit.

Hand the card to a uniform transit employee (such as a transit operator or station attendant).

Donation Kiosk

Deposit the card into your nearest Compass Card Donation Kiosk location:

  • Waterfront Station
  • Vancouver City Centre Station
  • Broadway–City Hall Station
  • YVR–Airport Station
  • Burrard Station
  • Stadium–Chinatown Station (Compass Customer Service Centre)

In Person

Visit any of the following locations to submit the card in person:

  • The Compass Customer Service Centre is located at Stadium–Chinatown Station (590 Beatty Street). They’re open weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. excluding holidays.
  • If you find a Compass Card on transit, you can give it to any transit employee and it will be forwarded to the Lost Property office.
  • The West Coast Express Office is located on the second floor of Waterfront Station (Suite 295). They're open weekdays from 6:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. excluding holidays.
