Lost & Found

Leave something behind on a recent trip? Fill out the form below to report what was lost, and we'll see if someone has turned it in.

If you don’t have a Compass Card/Ticket, visit the Compass Customer Service Centre for assistance, located at the Beatty Street entrance at Stadium–Chinatown SkyTrain Station.

If you find a Compass card on transit, you can give it to any transit employee and it will be forwarded to the Lost Property office. If you've found a Compass card elsewhere, kindly call the Compass phone number on the back of the Compass card to report it. Note that transit employees will not accept items that were not found on transit.
