2010 Winter Games Information

If you're travelling on the Canada Line, you should expect and plan for delays and crowds on the Richmond Oval, YVR and downtown Vancouver routes during the Games.

Frequent and Reliable Service

Trains leave every four minutes from Vancouver, and every seven minutes from Richmond and YVR. A one-way trip from Richmond-Brighouse to Waterfront Station takes only 25 minutes!

Waterfront to Bridgeport 19 mins

Waterfront to Richmond-Brighouse 5:32 a.m.* 1:15 a.m.
YVR-Airport to Waterfront 5:10 a.m. 12:57 a.m.
Richmond-Brighouse to Waterfront 5:05 a.m. 12:48 a.m.

After 5:30 a.m., southbound trains from Waterfront alternate between YVR-Airport and Richmond-Brighouse as final destinations. LED screens on trains and station platforms will tell you where the train is going.

*Please note - prior to 5:30 a.m., Canada Line customers wishing to board at Waterfront should enter via the Hastings & Granville entrance until further notice (main Waterfront Station is closed at this time)

Until 7 a.m. Mon-Fri, 9 a.m. Sat and 10 a.m. Sun/Holidays 6 mins
Then until 6 p.m. every day 4 mins
6 p.m. - 11 p.m. 6 mins
11 p.m. until end of service 10 mins
*Between Bridgeport and Waterfront. Trains run half as often between Bridgeport & YVR-Airport/Richmond-Brighouse.
