2011: Maintaining the Transportation System
TransLink's priorities in 2011 – as laid out in our 2011 Base Plan and Outlook – were to maintain services, keep the system in a state of good repair and make modest investments in upgrades. Though 2011 was a year when record numbers of people chose public transit, TransLink operated with no overall growth, delivering the best services possible within its budget.
