The Carvolth Exchange offers several options for connecting people South of the Fraser to the integrated transit network:

  • Taking transit: the #388, #501, #509, #555, #590, #595 and C62 will now connect to Carvolth.
  • Cycling: there are 10 bike lockers with rack space for 10 more bikes.
  • Carpooling: 15 designated carpool vehicle parking spots will be assigned each year through a lottery system; carpoolers must register online at travelsmart.ca to be part of the lottery.
  • Getting dropped off: 14 spaces are designated "kiss-and-ride."
  • Driving: with space for 679 vehicles, 14 wheelchair-accessible vehicles and 10 motorcycles.

Both the transit exchange and park & ride have been developed according to TransLink's South of Fraser Area Transit Plan and the Provincial Transit Plan.

Q: Where is the Carvolth Exchange?

A: The Carvolth Exchange is at 202 St and 86 Ave. in Langley, just south of Highway 1. The new Park and Ride lot is located right beside it, offering a convenient place for people to drop off their vehicles and hop on buses, including the new #555.

Q: What is the capacity of the Park and Ride?

A: The Carvolth Exchange offers 679 parking stalls, including for 14 wheelchair-accessible vehicles, 10 motorcycles, 15 carpool spots, and 14 kiss and ride stalls. It also offers 10 bicycle lockers and rack space for 8 more bikes.

Q: What options are there for carpooling?

A: Fifteen spots at Carvolth Exchange will be dedicated to carpool vehicles. These spots will be assigned to registered carpoolers using a lottery system.
