Rapid Transit Projects

TransLink is currently implementing the Evergreen Line rapid transit project which will connect Coquitlam and Port Moody to Burnaby and Vancouver with a connection to the Millennium Line SkyTrain.

TransLink is also investigating options for rapid transit (fast, frequent and reliable service) on several other corridors. These rapid transit projects are intended to both serve existing demand in high-ridership areas and to shape development in quickly growing areas of the region.

TransLink has completed alternatives analysis work for both the UBC Line and Surrey Rapid Transit studies.
