Northeast Sector Area Transit Plan
TransLink is starting the planning process for the Northeast Sector Area Transit Plan. The plan's intent is to identify a long-term vision and near-term priorities for the transit network within the municipalities of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore and Belcarra.
The area transit plan process is an opportunity for stakeholders and the public to have their say on the future of transit in the Northeast Sector. The planning process will take approximately 18 months and include four general phases:
- Phase 1 - Issues and opportunities
- Phase 2 - Long-term vision
- Phase 3 - Near-term priorities
- Phase 4 - Annual monitoring and reporting
