2012 Base Plan and Outlook

TransLink's Board of Directors has approved our 2012 Base Plan and Outlook which identifies the investments needed to maintain, improve and enhance our transportation system over the next decade.

The 2012 Base Plan and Outlook outlines strategic initiatives, transportation programs and services that TransLink will deliver between 2012 and 2014 using current existing revenue sources.

The approved 2012 Base Plan focuses on maintaining current service levels and keeping our system in a state of good repair with modest investment in upgrades, while striving for further operational efficiencies and effectiveness.

TransLink has developed a 2012 Supplement Plan and Outlook entitled, "Moving Forward", which proposes additional transportation funding and investments beyond those identified in the Base Plan.
