Service optimization is the process of reallocating "bus service hours" from areas of low-productivity to where demand is higher.

From November 19 to December 13, 2012 we are consulting on a number of bus service optimization changes being proposed for implementation in 2013. We invite you to attend this open house to learn more about the proposed changes in the Vancouver area and how you may be affected, ask questions and review alternative travel options available to you.
