HomeRun Travel Insurance

West Coast Express understands that an emergency at home can happen during the day when the trains aren't running.

If you have a medical or family emergency between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3 p.m., the WCE HomeRun Emergency Daytime Travel Insurance Plan will cover your taxi fare up to three times a year.

HomeRun Rates:

  • Tri-Cities (Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam): $50
  • Maple Ridge Area (Pitt Meadows, Maple Meadows, Port Haney): $75
  • Mission Area: $100

To qualify for HomeRun Travel insurance you must be a West Coast Express customer with a WCE 28-Day Pass or TransLink Employer Pass at the time the HomeRun service is used. Other conditions may apply.

How to Sign up
Joining the HomeRun Insurance program is easy! To sign up, just fill out our HomeRun Insurance Application Form and mail it to the address listed on the form.

How to File a Claim
If you're a HomeRun Insurance holder and you've had to take a taxi home in an emergency, use our HomeRun Incident Report Form to submit your claim.
